Call center located in Zona Rio with a couple of different customer service campaign with productivity bonuses.

We provide fully paid training to ensure you can easily reach your bonus quota by assisting customers with their enquiries through text or phone.

Computer skills and a good typing speed are required since you will work with multiple websites and will navigate through simple systems for customer resolution.

The main job is to help a consistent flow of clients with their questions, processes and other customer-facing activities.

During the paid training you will only have to learn the product and understand the processes to follow.

Once you’re on the floor you will mostly attend customer’s through the phone as well as other backoffice activities related to your interaction with the customer..

Call Center Job Requirements for Customer Service campaigns in Tijuana

Since you will receive a full month of paid training you will get all the knowledge and necessary tools to execute your on-the-floor activities.

However we’re looking for fully bilingual (spanish and english) agents with some experience in call centers to shorten your learning curve and reach your full potential sooner.

The main requirements we’re looking for are:

  • Speak both English and Spanish fluently
  • Be able to commute to Zona Rio on a daily basis
  • Customer Service or similar call center experience
  • Computer Skills (typing test over 25 Words per Minute)
  • INE, CURP and Birth Certificate
  • RFC, Comprobante de Domicilio

Call Center Job Schedules for Customer Service Campaigns in Tijuana

We offer various schedules to choose from. These isnt rotative, you will get only one schedule.

Our shifts are 8 hrs long and can be such as

  • 4:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • 12:00 to 8:00 pm
  • 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

You will always have Sundays Off and most campaign offer an additional second day off during the week. Plus your extra paid days off throughout the year.
