Welcome! We´re looking for native english Supervisor to manage the operation of a Sales Team for Tax Debt Campaign in a Call Center in Zona Rio, Tijuana

Starting at $6,000 Weekly Pay + $2,000 Weekly Bonuses + $1,000 Biweekly Bonus + Commission Structure after 3 months + Law Benefits as a Sales Supervisor and Operation Manager. Travel to Chicago for Training and work Monday to Friday with Weekends Off.

Work as a supervisor and Operations Manager for the Tax Debt Sales Team for one a well known leader in the Tax Servicing Industry in the USA.

Manage the operation and team of talented salesman in Tijuana’s Fast Growing Call Center in Zona Rio.

Help the team reach the sales goals and achieve campaign objectives through an enthusiastic and professional work attitude.

The person fit for this role will be responsible for the Sales agent success and will ensure to create, manage and grow a winning team.

Help your team with the tools, training and resources to track and reach a goal of 8 to 10 new closed sales per week.

Call Center Tax Sales Supervisor Job Activities

General Supervising and Managing of a sales team generally requires proactive thinking and doesn’t stick to the manual most of the time.

We’re looking for a person that can follow the strict system rules of the campaign regulations as well as think outside the box and go above and beyond ensuring the team delivers quality results.

Here are some of the tasks you’ll be taking part on:

  • Collaborate with a team of several sales managers who have different and separate responsibilities, but common goals of the company mentioned above.
  • Help build and manage an initial team of 5 sales representatives.
  • Prepare for an increased number of sales staff to account for ambitious growth. Target 15-20 additional sales hires.
  • Help maintain a sales culture of teamwork, determination and respect by living up to those values ​​every day and ensuring that the sales team does the same.
  • Lead efforts to increase productivity and efficiency through active monitoring of new leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
  • Report on sales metrics to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Manage the flow of leads through a series of CRM views, reports and phone system routing
  • Ensures data integrity through verification of data entry in the CRM
  • Measures performance against goals and evaluates results
  • Lead team meetings to keep the team updated, informed and educated
  • Motivate and engage the team throughout the day, week and month through chats/calls
  • Liaise with the Vice President, Sales and Assistant Sales Manager to stay up to date with new campaigns, program updates, pricing and promotions
  • Ensure that legal compliance policies and procedures are followed
  • Understands the importance of managing different sales personalities and puts 100% effort into improving each sales professional

Requirements for working as a Tax Sales Supervisor in Tijuana

We’re looking for a person of any age with wide experience in Call Center Sales and Customer Service campaigns as well as Supervisor/Manager experience.

We are looking for a leader to drive the team’s success.

Other than Experience and leadership, these are the requirements:

  • US Tourist VISA
  • Available to Travel in the US for Training
  • Experience in US Taxes or  US Accounting work
  • Perfect Native English
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Self Motivated, Money Driven Attitude
  • CRM System and Platforms Experience
  • Effective Communication Skills

Tax Campaign Jobs Schedule

This campaign works from Monday to Friday and has Weekends Off

Work Schedule is from 7 am to 5 pm
