We have open positions for Christmas Season Campaigns for up to three months.

We provide Paid training for the campaign and termination according to law at the end of the seasonal campaign as well as offers to switch to a full time campaign after.

Call Center Customer Service Representative Job Activities

Seasonal Customer Service tasks are simple. Generally, customer support is mostly working directly with customer inquiries and resolving them with the provided resources.

Another crucial part of the customer service work is to register and close each ticket with the most accurate information, as this will provide the insights needed to improve Customer Experiencie

Here are some of the tasks you’ll be taking part on:

• Research and resolve issues reported by the client’s end-users via phone, email, and chat support.
• Manage and maintain a test lab of devices running services to be used for reproducing customer issues.
• Ensure that all log-in and passwords (both internal & external) are kept confidential.
• Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures.

• Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat support

Work Monday to Friday and Weekends Off or Work Monday through Saturday with Sunday Off for up to three months
