Key Job Activities
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, managing communication, and supporting client-facing and internal initiatives.
Primary Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor, organize, and respond to emails and messages professionally
- Coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Administrative & Support Activities
- Prepare presentations and basic reports for client meetings
- Review documents and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Organize files, documents, and digital assets
- Assist with coordination of client activities when traveling within the U.S.
Creative & Marketing Support (Non-Technical)
- Support light branding or presentation formatting
- Create simple landing pages using tools like Wix, Squarespace, or similar
- Assist with basic marketing materials (presentations, simple visuals, content organization)

Availability & Flexibility
