We are seeking a detail-oriented, fully bilingual and tech-savvy IT Applications & Integration Specialist to support, manage, and enhance the ecosystem of third-party applications used across our organization.
This role will provide end-user support for tools such as Zoom, Office 365, and Hive, and will also lead or assist in the implementation and integration of new platforms (e.g., Shopify) into our enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
Salary: $12,000 MXN Net per Week + Law Benefits working Hybrid (From Home & On Premise in Zona Rio)
IT Application & Integration Specialist Job Activities
As an Application & Integration Specialist you have to fully understand the systems and their use as well as being able to utilize different techniques or tools to integrate and automate workflows across applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for third-party SaaS applications used across the company (e.g. Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, DOMO).
- Serve as a liaison between business users and vendors to resolve issues or escalate as needed.
- Configure, test, and deploy new third-party applications in line with business needs.
- Lead or support integration projects between new applications and core systems like SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Maintain documentation for systems configuration, integration points, and support procedures.

Other requirements for the role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT integration roles.
- Experience supporting SaaS tools like Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Hive, or similar.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Some Prefered Qualifications:
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ERP or other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP PI/PO).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce.
Work Remotely and in Office on certain schedules
