Call Center Customer Service Representative Job Activities
Regular Customer Service tasks are expected. Generally, customer support is mostly working directly with customer inquiries and resolving them with the provided resources.
Another crucial part of the customer service work is to register and close each ticket with the most accurate information, as this will provide the insights needed to improve Customer Experiencie
Here are some of the tasks you’ll be taking part on:
- Research and resolve issues reported by the client’s end-users via phone, email, and chat support.
- Manage and maintain a test lab of devices running services to be used for reproducing customer issues.
- Ensure that all log-in and passwords (both internal & external) are kept confidential.
- Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures.

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- 25+ Words Per Minute on Typing Test

- Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat support
- Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, and technical support

Campaigns may have a different schedule
Work Monday to Friday and Weekends Off or Work Monday through Satusday with Sunday Off.
