In this campaign, Users for Government Calling and Data Plans in the U.S call in to answer questions regarding their service, phone line, package among other topics.

Call Center Customer Service Representative Job Activities

Although each call is different, working as a Call Center Agent for the Government Plans Campaign consists on a series of simple steps to be taken on each call.

You’ll get two weeks of paid training to learn the system and product before you get fully on board with the customer experience.

Taking and dispositioning calls will be the constant activity while answering different questions and concerns for very diverse customers.

Requirements for working as a customer service representative in Torreón

We’re mainly looking for a person who speaks good english and that can provide a great customer experience through being able to easily communicate by writing and talking.

Learning the different products and services as well as concerns customers may have will allow you to use the tools and provide a great customer service.

Here are the basic requirements for this position:

  • 18+
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum call center experience
  • English Level B1
  • Computer Skills
  • INE
  • RFC
  • Home Bill
  • Curp and Birth Certificate​

Lastly, these are some preferred requirements:

  • Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat support 
  • Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, and technical support

Customer Service Jobs Schedule

We stick to Hours by Law however we have different schedules that fall under:

Monday through Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm

The major benefit is that you have TWO to THREE days off!! Depending on the week.
