We’re looking for Experienced agents to work at a customer service campaign hangling inbound calls.
$4,500 MXN Base + $1,000 MXN Bonus Weekly + $500 Referal Bonus + Law Benefits + Paid Training rom 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday with Sundays off
Assist the company and each customer by handling a high volume of inbound calls.
Follow the scripts and processes accordingly and dispatch every caller in a timely manner.
Our full training will give you all the tools you need to be a successful customer service rep.
Customer Service Agent Job Activities
The main activity is to attend every call in a possitive manner to identify customer needs and guide each customer’s request to its resolution.
- Provide excelent customer service.
- Handly a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communicationn scripts and handle off-script communication accordingly.
- Utilize Knowledge base of the company’s products and services.
- Maintain ownership of each call throughout the call’s lifecycle.
