Requirements for working as a Bilingual Soft Collections Agent in Tijuana

The main requirement for this campaign is to have customer service experience as this is not a hard collections campaign.

• 80% Spoken and Written English
• Customer Service Experiencie
• Collections Experience (Preferable)
• Schedule Availability

Additionally you need:
