What schedules do you have?
We have all sorts of campaigns. Monday through Friday, Monday through Saturday and Monday through Sunday with days off throuout the week
Choose the type of campaign that better fit your schedule and availability.
Full time hours by law with days off as well as Birthday Paid Leave.
Is this job on premise or to work from home?
We have both Work from Home and On Premise jobs available, however Work From Home are mostly taken as it has low turn over.

Call Center Customer Service Representative Job Activities
Each campaign can be different by the systems, scripts and activies as well as the type of customers calling, chatting or emailing.
However we make sure you have the tools needed for success with up to two weeks of paid training in some campaigns.
You will also have a supervision team to escalate any issues you might encounter.
Here are some of the tasks you’ll be taking part on:
- Research and resolve issues reported by the client’s end-users via phone, email, and chat support.
- Manage and maintain a test lab of devices running services to be used for reproducing customer issues.
- Ensure that all log-in and passwords (both internal & external) are kept confidential.
- Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures.
